Meat book takes home Beard's top honor |

NEW YORK--"The River Cottage Meat Book" was named the year's best cookbook by the James Beard Foundation Awards.
In addition to the Cookbook of the Year award, "The River Cottage Meat Book" by Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall and published by Ten Speed Press also took top honors in the single-subject category.
