"Our team is very pleased to partner with a distributor with such a high-caliber reputation and experience in the beverage industry," said David Watson, CEO of Revolution, in a statement. "3D will expand San Diego Beverage Group's diverse portfolio of world-class products."

3D is the newest ready-to-drink beverage developed by Revolution that combines superfruits, vitamins and premium white tea.

San Diego Beverage Group, a subsidiary of Markstein Beverage Co., was formed to exclusively manage and distribute non-alcoholic beverages, including natural alternatives. San Diego Beverage Group distributes 3D to more than 1,500 retail customers, including grocery chains, drug stores, convenience stores, delis and other retailers in San Diego County.

"With the increasing popularity of natural beverages, Revolution 3D offers us a unique and premium product to offer our clients who want a new-age beverage alternative," said Tom Sarette, vice president of sales for San Diego Beverage Group, in a statement.

Revolution, founded in 1998, launched 3D in 2008 and is available in five natural flavors: 3D Pomegranate, 3D Blueberry, 3D Mango, 3D Green Apple and 3D Pink Grapefruit. The line is currently sold in select retailers and specialty stores in California, Arizona and Texas, and is also available for purchase via the Revolution 3D Web site.
