For his hard work during 2009, Pruett received King Arthur Flour's Knight in Shining Armor Broker of the Year award, a two-foot-tall hand-forged knight made of stainless steel complete with an Arthurian-style sword. The statue is engraved with Pruett's name. The whole Acosta San Antonio office was also on hand for the presentation.

"Burt is truly a knight in shining armor for King Arthur Flour at HEB. HEB is a very important customer for our company, and Burt's knowledge and relationship with HEB has been vital in maintaining an excellent track record of continued growth for King Arthur Flour in the San Antonio market," Bouchard said in a statement.

King Arthur's unbleached flours and additive- and preservative-free baking mixes are available at supermarkets nationwide. King Arthur Flour's mail-order catalog offers more than 1,000 professional-grade baking tools and ingredients, available online at kingarthurflour.com and at The Baker's Store here. The oldest flour company in America, King Arthur Flour has been employee-owned since 1996.
