First line of soft-serve gelato for frozen yogurt market to debut in February |

Liquid frozen yogurt manufacturer Yogurtiamo has announced the first line of soft-serve gelato and sorbet for use in commercial frozen yogurt equipment.
Available in February, the new products are an industry first. Flavors will include Creme Brulee and Peach Cobbler, as well gelato classics such as Tiramisu, Pistachio and Panna Cotta; sorbet flavors include Lemonade, Blood Orange and Mojito.

"We see a need for differentiation in the frozen yogurt market, and adding gelato to the line is a natural evolution that will allow the market continued growth," said Alana Allen, Yogurtiamo Division Manager. "Gelato and sorbet is a natural part of who we are as a company."
