LaPiana Vegetarian Bolognese now available at Whole Foods Northeast

Italian Foods Corporation's organic La Piana(r) Vegetarian Bolognese Pasta Sauce is now approved by Whole Foods Northeast Region. Distribution is being handled by Chex Finer Foods.

The Vegetarian Bolognese is USDA Organic-certified and imported from Bologna; crumbled soy gives the sauce its meaty texture, according to Francesca Lapiana-Krause, Italian Foods' sales director.
