Industry heads to Washington D.C. for Summer Fancy Food Show

Some 2,400 exhibitors across all specialty food categories, retail buyers, distributors, brokers and media converge on the Walter E. Washington Convention Center this weekend for the Summer Fancy Food Show.

The show is from June 17-19, with the much-awaited sofi awards (Specialty Outstanding Food Innovation) to be presented in a red-carpet ceremony hosted by Chef Jose Andres on Monday, June 18.
