Fairway Market signs lease for midtown south Manhattan store

Gourmet grocer Fairway Market has signed a long-term, 42,000-square-foot lease for its first location in midtown. The new Kips Bay Fairway is scheduled to open in November 2012, and will be the fourth location in Manhattan.

The news was released by RKF, the independent retail leasing firm which secured the lease and represented Fairway Market in the deal.
