High-volume cheese retailers: Monday is the deadline to apply for SIAL Paris trip with CIAA

Monday, July 30, is the last day to apply for a lottery to win an all expenses paid trip to Paris for SIAL, the world's largest food show, from October 20-24, 2012. Applications are at http://www.theciaa.org., the website of the trip's organizer, the Cheese Importers' Assn. of America (CIAA).

The trip is open to only 10 representatives from retail companies. To qualify, a retailer must either have 20 retail establishments or buy 500,000 lbs. of wholesale cheese annually. Applicants should be category managers or cheese buyers. The CIAA reserves the right to ask for validation.
