Wolfgang Candy Company acquired by Divine Serendipity |

Wolfgang Candy Company, Inc.'s materials, equipment and intellectual property are to be sold to Divine Serendipity, including a four-year lease agreement of Wolfgang property to Divine Serendipity to continue production in its current facility.
The acquisition will position Wolfgang Candy and its brands of high-quality confections (chocolate and non-chocolate) for increased national demand, while continuing production in North York, PA.
