Pete & Gerry’s Launches No Kid Hungry Fundraiser

Pete & Gerry’s Organics, LLC, a pioneer in humane egg farming for nearly 30 years, announced the launch of its summer-long promotion aimed at supporting No Kid Hungry’s mission of aiding children in poverty and ending childhood hunger. Throughout June, July, and August, Pete & Gerry’s will be donating one meal to No Kid Hungry for every carton of eggs sold, up to 250,000 meals, as well as matching internal employee donations made by employees up to an additional $5,000.

Pete & Gerry’s is celebrating the fifth year of its partnership with No Kid Hungry by committing to provide more than 1.5 million meals and over one million eggs to children in need of high-quality nutrition in 2025. With childhood food insecurity historically spiking during the summer season due to restricted school meal access, Pete & Gerry’s is “egg-ceeding” its annual contribution efforts with this additional “Sunny-Side Summer: School’s Out, Giving’s In” promotion.

In addition to the “Sunny-Side Summer” promotion, Pete & Gerry’s has also strengthened its support of No Kid Hungry by teaming up with Donald Driver, former Green Bay Packers NFL star and activist for fitness, nutrition, and food access. The partnership is helping drive even greater visibility and energy to the campaign. Donald is a longtime advocate for ending childhood hunger rooted in his personal experiences growing up.
